  • Types of Data Collected: We collect facial images, dynamic video scans, and mathematical representations of facial geometry when users undergo the electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) identity verification process or utilize biometric login security options.

  • Fixed Data Retention Period: User face data and eKYC biometric information are securely retained for a fixed period of 7 years from the date the user officially closes their account or entirely terminates their business relationship with our platform.

  • Commitment to Deletion: We emphasize that this data is NOT stored indefinitely. Our automated backend systems are explicitly configured to execute a permanent, complete, and irreversible deletion of all such biometric data from our encrypted servers immediately upon the expiration of the 7-year legally mandated timeframe.

  • Specific Reason for Retention: As a platform operating in the financial sector, we have a mandatory legal obligation to strictly comply with international and local Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations. These financial legal frameworks explicitly mandate that customer identification records (including eKYC biometric face data) must be retained synchronously with financial transaction histories for 7 years. This retention is exclusively executed to facilitate financial audit trails, prevent high-tech fraud, and serve investigative activities mandated by competent regulatory authorities upon legal request.

  • No Third-Party Sharing: We ABSOLUTELY DO NOT sell, lease, commercialize, trade, or share your face data with any marketing companies, advertisers, or independent third parties. Face data is strictly processed internally to serve the application’s core security functions and is only provided to competent state financial regulatory authorities when formally required by law.
